    • Application: The website www.madeinitaly-marketplace.com and any other web or mobile application.
    • User: Any natural person who accesses and uses the Application.

  • Relationship between Controller, Third-Party Providers and Users:

    • The Controller manages a platform that allows contact between Users and Products offered by the Controller and by Third-Party Providers.
    • In the case of Products offered by Third-Party Providers, the Controller is not a party to the contractual relationship and acts as a “mere technical operator”.

  • Product purchase:

    • Purchases are allowed only to Users of legal age.
    • The sales contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Controller.

  • Registration:

    • To use certain features, the User must register by providing their personal data.
    • The registered User can deactivate their account or request its cancellation at any time by sending a communication to the email address customer@madeinitaly-marketplace.com.

  • Payments:

    • Payments are handled through third-party tools. The Controller does not access or store the User’s payment data.

  • Right of withdrawal:
    • The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the date of delivery of the Product.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a written communication to the email address customer@madeinitaly-marketplace.com.

  • Conformity warranty:

    • Consumers benefit from the conformity warranty for material Products sold by the Controller for a period of two years from delivery.
    • To avail themselves of this warranty, the User must send a written communication to the email address customer@madeinitaly-marketplace.com.

  • Applicable law and jurisdiction:

    • The Conditions are subject to Italian law.
    • Disputes between the Controller and Consumer Users are referred to the courts of the place where the Consumer resides or has their domicile.
