Description

Il 4 Luglio Rosato is a sparkling rosé wine produced by Tenute dello Jato in western Sicily, in the valley dominated by Monte Jato near Monreale.

This Terre Siciliane IGP wine is made from a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Sangiovese grapes, combining the character of Sicilian native varieties with the elegance of Italian viticulture.

The wine displays a delicate peach-pink color with peony reflections and a lively, persistent effervescence. On the nose it reveals fruity and floral aromas with notes of peach, raspberry, pomegranate, wild strawberries and hints of rosehip and vanilla.

On the palate it is fresh, balanced and elegant, with a pleasant acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Produced using the Martinotti method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves with selected yeasts before completing its refinement in bottle for several months.
