CONFEDERATION AEPI
The AEPI Confederation is a leading organization in the Italian entrepreneurial landscape, committed to representing and enhancing the "Made in Italy" brand on a global scale. Its strategic importance is underlined by key collaborations, including agreements with the ITALIAN TRADE AGENCY (ITA) and with SIMEST to provide Italian companies with an important support for international expansion. A major testament to its role in internationalization is the memorandum of understanding with the General Commissioner for the Italian participation at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, which highlights AEPI's official presence at the Italy Pavilion. This collaboration, along with the Export Pact signed with the Government, and partnerships with academic institutions like the IUL Telematic University, INAIL, and the NATIONAL CENTER OF RESEARCH (CNR), confirms AEPI's innovative and multidisciplinary approach.
The Italian Pavilion: A Renaissance of Art and Innovation
The theme of the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2025 is "L’Arte Rigenera la Vita" (Art Regenerates Life). Designed by architect Mario Cucinella, the pavilion is a modern interpretation of a Renaissance Ideal City, complete with its own theater, porticoes, piazza, and Italian garden—all essential elements of Italy's urban and social identity. Here, "Art" is represented in its original and broadest sense of "techne", a synonym for beauty, creativity, culture, and the "know-how" for which Italy is renowned worldwide. It is that emotional and rational drive that connects the Italian past heritage to the future, in a fascinating new way. The pavilion's goal is to embrace and expand the image of Italy around the world by presenting its outstanding achievements, from cutting-edge technology and scientific research to classical and contemporary art, design, and craftsmanship, alongside daily live music and performances to showcase further its uniqueness and multidisciplinary talents, that also combine its innate intercultural dialogue that defines the Italian way of life.
